We'll meet in your home for 1 hour to understand your space, discuss your priorities, evaluate existing conditions, and talk through your investment, timeline, and goals.
Following the consultation, we'll draft your recommended project scope by phase and the investment required for each.

This is where ideas become a plan.
With the design phase agreement signed, we'll develop layouts, refine the design, guide you through selections, and thoughtfully consider every detail—from space planning and finishes to lighting, millwork, and architectural elements.
By the end of this phase, you'll have a clear vision and a plan you can feel confident moving forward with.

Before construction begins, we finalize the scope, budget, schedule, and logistics. The construction contract is approved and signed.
